ORA-01677: standby file name conversion parameters differ from other instance
Cause:
The DB_FILE_NAME_CONVERT or LOG_FILE_NAME_CONVERT initialization parameters were not the same as in other instances that already had the database mounted.
Action:
Change initialization parameters DB_FILE_NAME_CONVERT or LOG_FILE_NAME_CONVERT to match other instances.
