ORA-14693: The MAX_STRING_SIZE parameter must be EXTENDED.
Cause:
An attempt was made to set the MAX_STRING_SIZE parameter to STANDARD in a database that has been created with, or migrated to, the EXTENDED setting.
Action:
Set MAX_STRING_SIZE to EXTENDED and retry.
