ORA-14282: FOREIGN KEY constraint mismatch in ALTER TABLE EXCHANGE SUBPARTITION
Cause:
The corresponding columns in the tables specified in the ALTER TABLE EXCHANGE SUBPARTITION statement have different FOREIGN KEY constraints.
Action:
Ensure that the two tables do not have FOREIGN KEY constraints defined on any column or disable all FOREIGN KEY constraints on both tables. Then retry the operation.
